Preparation:

Add A to main vessel and start center-stir (prop) mixing. When dissolved, add B and mix until fully incorporated. Start heating to 85°C, and add preblended C. To a secondary vessel, add D and start mixing. Add E, heat to 85°C, then add F, in order. When DEF is homogeneous, add G and mix until well dispersed. Add H and mix until well dispersed. With both phases at 85°C and homogeneous, add oil phase (DEFGH) to water phase (ABC) with stirring. After mixing for five minutes, start cooling and homogenize until batch reaches 55°C. Add I and homogenize for two minutes; then resume sweep mixing with continued cooling. At 50°C or lower, add J. When again smooth, add K, replace any water lost to evaporation, and mix until smooth. When at desired filling temperature, stop cooling and mixing, perform final quality assurance checks and package product.
