Preparation:

  1. In main vessel mix Sequence #1 with medium speed propeller stirring.
  2. Slowly add premixed Sequence #2 while mixing at temperature. Heat to 80oC. Hold 30 minutes.
  3. Start heating Sequence #3 while mixing. At 80oC add Sequence #3 to main vessel while mixing.
  4. After 5-10 minutes homogenize main vessel at 4000rpm for 3-5 minutes at temperature.
  5. Switch to propeller mixing start to slowly cool batch.
  6. When temperature approaches 45oC add Sequence #4, continue mixing.
  7. Shutdown when temperature reaches 35oC.

Notes:

pH: 5.40-5.90
Viscosity: TF @ 1.5 rpm: 40,000 cps + 10%.
Stability: 1 month at 50C
