Preparation:
Phase A: Disperse Carbomer into water then add the other ingredients into a beaker – stir and dissolve. Heat to 75°C-80°C. Add phase B to neutralise phase A. Heat phase C to 75°C-80°C and stir until all the ingredients are dissolved. Add comined phase AB into phase C, mix until uniform. Cool down to 40°C and add phase D to batch, homogenise. Premix phase E and add to combined phase ABCD. Mix until uniform. Pour into appropriate containers.
