Preparation:
Combine water phase A and oil phase B, separately, and heat to 65-70°C. Add phase A to phase B while stirring. Mix until cool. At 40°C add phase C while mixing. Check the pH and adjust to 5.5-6.0 with phase D, if necessary. Properties Appearance: Glossy white cream pH: 5.5-6.0 Stability: 1 month @ 45°C; 40°C; 25°C; 4°C and window sill
