This gentle liquid body wash uses sulfate-free surfactants combined with Kerazyne MB for an extra boost of mildness. Preparation:

  1. Charge main vessel with Item A. Begin agitation with propeller mixer on low-med speed.
  2. Add Items B – E stepwise, ensuring each component is fully incorporated before the next addition.
  3. Add Item F under agitation and gently heat to 70C.
  4. Once homogenous, remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Adjust pH with Item G with continued low-med speed mixing.

Notes:

Stability: 45 ˚C (12 weeks), 50 ˚C (4 weeks), F/T (3 cycles) Physical Properties: pH @ 25C = 4.50 – 4.90 Viscosity @ 25C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle 03 @ 10 rpm) = 10,000 – 15,000 cps
