Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure:

  1. Prepare phase D:
  1. Heat D up to 70-75°C.
  2. Mix D under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
  3. Cool down under slow stirring.
  1. Prepare phase B: grind each pigment in a mixture of 80% Emulmetik™ 100 and 20% Amisol™ Duo.
  2. Put silicone oil spray in mould and put mould in oven at 45°C.
  3. Melt phase A with B at 85-90°C under slow stirring.
  4. Cool down to 70-75°C.
  5. Add C and D into AB under slow stirring and mix for 3 minutes.
  6. Take mould out of oven and pour the formula.
  7. Let cool down for 10 minutes.
  8. Take the top part of the formula out of mould with spatula.
  9. Put mould in freezer at -18°C for 10 minutes.
  10. Turn out lipsticks from mould and put lipsticks in cases
