Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Prepare phase A and start heating up to 70-75°C.
- Mix phase B and add it to A.
- When temperature is up to 65°C, add phase C and apply medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Prepare phase D and heat it up to 70-75°C.
- Add D into ABC and let for 5 minutes to emulsify.
- Increase speed rate to maximum level for 3 minutes to homogenize.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add E (ingredients one by one) and F below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
