Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. Keep A under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B into A under maximum stirring and maintain stirring rate for 3 minutes to emulsify.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add C, D, E and F below 40°C. 5. Adjust the pH if necessary.
