Procedure • Disperse Carbopol® Ultrez-20 polymer into the de-ionized water. • Dissolve Fragrance into PART B. • Add PART B into PART A. • Adjust pH with PART C (TEA) to pH 6-6.5. • Add PART D. Properties Appearance: Clear golden yellow serum Clarity: 85+ transmittance pH: 6.0 – 6.5 Viscosity: 3,000 – 4,000 mPa·s (Brookfield RVT @ 20rpm,#4 Spindle) Stability: Passed 45°C Passed 5 freeze/thaw cycles
