Preparation:

  1. Weigh out half of the amount of water and add PolaSperse QBE with fast stirring.
  2. Once PolaSperse QBE is fully dispersed, add remaining water while stirring. Neutralise water phase with triethanolamine to pH6.0-6.5.
  3. Add Part B one at a time.
  4. Once homogeneous, add Part C one at a time.

Appearance: White, glossy lotion pH 6.00 Viscosity: 18,100 cPs (DV-II+, spindle 6, 20rpm at 1 min) Stability: Pass 1 month @ 50oC; 3 months @ 40oC and RT
